This Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds Policy
Change of mind:
If you change your mind prior to the dispatch of your order, we can generally cancel your order and action a refund.
Once the item has been booked in for dispatch or has already left our warehouse, any change of mind return will incur freight charges. It is expected that the Customer will assist Southern Adventure Gear in return of the order - i.e. printing and attaching return labels, placing the items outside for collection etc.
ALL refunds are subject to approval from our Office Manager and/or General Manager and can take up to 3-5 business days for review and approval.
Refunds will not be released until all items are received by our Warehouse Team and escalated to management for processing.
Once the Refund is released, it can take up to 3-5 Business Days to appear in your respective Account and will be returned to the same payment method of the Original Order.
